INTRODUCTION TO CONTEMPORARY DANCE – NEW!

A welcoming online class, ideal for people new to contemporary dance, or dance in general. An hour of creative, expressive, mindful movement.

Wednesdays from 5th August, 5.30 – 6.30pm

BREWS & GROOVES

A fun and informal dance class for people over 55, followed by time for a brew! Develop co-ordination, balance, and posture in this contemporary dance and ballet inspired session. 

Tuesdays, 10-10.45am followed by time for a brew.

GUIDED RELAXATION AUDIO SESSION – FREE

A 12 minute audio relaxation session to rest your eyes and enrich your soul. 

Great for managing anxiety, feelings of overwhelm or being out of control, and to encourage a sense of calm.
