Before you start…

Here’s our top tips for making sure you can use these sessions safely and get the most from them:

  • Check you have enough space to move around safely
  • Wear some comfy clothes
  • If you’re feeling unwell, we recommend waiting until you feel well again to join in
  • These sessions are aimed at adults of all ages and abilities. You can do as much or as little as you’d like through each class.

Rest & Restore

A gentle movement session to support you to you de-stress, calm your body and mind, and enjoy some time for yourself.

Rejuvenate & Refresh

Great for a quick energy boost or to lift your spirits at any time of the day. Enjoy some time to let go of any frustrations or tension in this fun and informal session.
