Dance classes live online!

All classes run via Zoom

“It has been a real joy to dance with Sam and the ladies of our group. Sam creates a safe and relaxed space to explore, play and be creative in. It is so lovely to move with no judgement, to move freely through guided prompts from Sam. I enjoy the easy and flowing structure Sam gives to the session, I feel held and guided but also free to experiment and move how my body wants to move. I especially look forward to the guided meditation at the end of the session. I leave the session with a sense of calm and relaxation.”
