What do I need?

In-person classes: Comfy clothes – layers can be helpful. We recommend bare feet or socks too, and bring some water to stay hydrated.

Online classes: All of the above plus a device (laptop, tablet, or phone) that has internet access and a camera, and a clear space to move around in safely, where you can be seen by the class teacher. Use our dancing online checklist before class too.

“I look forward to the classes every week.
Sam’s friendly, non-judgemental presentation of the dance moves helps you feel confident enough to try them all and not feel embarrassed.
The music chosen helps greatly too and the whole session is absolute fun!”
Wilma, Brews & Grooves participant
