A relaxed and informal movement session that takes participants through a series of seated and standing exercises, focusing on overall wellbeing, stability, balance, and relaxation. Suitable for adults of all ages.

This class is hosted by Lindley Methodist Church. Open to all – you do not have to be connected to the church to attend. Pay as you feel – various donation amounts accepted and free places available for those who need it.

What do I need?

You’ll need a device (laptop, tablet, or phone) that has internet access and a camera, and a clear space to move around in safely, where you can be seen by the class teacher. Wear some comfy clothes and we recommend socks or bare feet, but trainers or soft shoes are fine too. Use our Moving Online Safely checklist before class too.
