We know that not everyone finds visual resources helpful, and screen time is only increasing at the moment, so we’re working on providing audio sessions as well as video.
This 12 minute guided relaxation session leads you through a breathing and body scan exercise to reduce feelings of anxiety and help you feel more in control. It’s also great for sleep, so why not try it before bed.
